Original and Photocopy of each document must be provided to the host and during check-in at the condo office. Guests with missing document will not be allowed entry at the gate. All guests must provide a copy of their valid photo ID in advance prior to arrival for check-in registration. Failure to provide the requested documents may delay entry at the gate. Please contact us in advance to schedule a service. For safety and security reasons, we don’t allow third party cleaners inside the condo. For stay more than 28 days, water, electricity, and internet charges are not included. Parking space is not included and must be requested in advance, paid directly to the condo office. Guest is required to pay a utility deposit of P10,000 or $200 (monthly average) upon booking or to the host upon arrival. If stay is more than 30 days, a monthly utility deposit is required to be paid at the beginning of each month. Payments can be made through the AirBnb Resolution Center or onsite to the host. Any additional charges or refund will be reconciled at at the end of each month and will be processed through the AirBnb Resolution Center. Initial and end meter reading will be provided to the guest each month for billing. This payment structure allows our guests to have full control of their utility cost according to their usage. Since we are centrally located in a growing city, please note that the surrounding community may be undergoing construction so noise can be expected during work hours. As long as the doors and windows are close, the noise is bearable and kept low.
