Bungalow in Greenville

My 2 bed, 1 bath home is a charming, updated brick bungalow in the West Greenville area. It has new appliances, hardwood floors, and a huge back yard. I’m on a quiet street, one mile away from the popular biking and walking Swamp Rabbit Trail and community-oriented Swamp Rabbit Cafe & Grocery, serving up some tasty farm-to-table eats. It’s an easy eight-minute drive to downtown Greenville and 15 minutes to Travelers Rest. I love my home, and I hope you do too! The space Comfy double bed guest room. The bathroom is shared. Guest access While you’re here, make yourself at home! Feel free to cook, use the refrigerator to store food or leftovers, eat in the dining room, grab a snack or coffee, do laundry, and watch TV (service providers available (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc); no cable) in the living room. You will have access to the whole house except my room. During your stay My guest room is available to be reserved anytime I'm home. Please understand that my calm sheepadoodle, Jack, and I will be present, though I am in and out a lot. While Delta is still a reality, I also prefer for guests to be vaccinated. There is only one bathroom. I'm happy to meet you and share Greenville tips, but will generally give you your space. Come enjoy all that Upstate South Carolina has to offer! Other things to note I have a calm and friendly sheepadoodle. I will likely be in and out, but love hosting people and making them feel like they have are at home away from home! When you book, please practice the following guidelines during your stay: -Shower: Turn air vent on during use.
