Finca Jacaranda is located on the green east side. The capital, airport and beach can be reached within 10-15 minutes by car. There is a supermarket nearby. At the finca you have absolute peace, as the house is located in a small valley. Old Canarian house, 80 square meters of living space with functional, modern amenities. One room is locked because there are private things here. Access to a beautiful terrace with wonderful views of the sea. The space There is a cozy bedroom with two separate beds. The cozy living room invites you to a nice end of the day. The kitchen is spacious and offers enough space for preparing and eating daily meals. The kitchen was extensively renovated and newly equipped at the end of 2022, including a dishwasher. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2023, with a new shower, sink, bidet and toilet. At my dad's there is a washing machine where you can wash your laundry for a fee of 3 euros per load. Laundry rack is available. The fly screens must always be closed if you do not want to have visits from lizards, spiders and other small animals. There are no poisonous animals there. In addition, our 2 cats live on the property, who stop by from time to time, but otherwise leave the guests alone. They are part of it, are to be treated well and not fed. The house rules can be found on site. Guest access The whole house is at the guests' disposal, except for a locked room in which our private belongings are. Two terraces are also completely available, but the rest of the property is not. We ask that you respect this. In case of non-compliance, you will be asked to leave the house immediately with no refund. Any forays across the property may only take place with the express permission of Günter.
