An all-female environment, this 3-bedroom apartment has everything you need to stay safely and comfortably. There are two rooms for rent, available for single or double occupancy. The space This is a 3-bedroom corner unit apartment on the second floor of the block, with the bedrooms facing a quiet side road with little traffic, so you can enjoy the convenience of easy access without the long wait for lifts and yet get all the peace and privacy you want. Our kitchen is fully-equipped. Each tenant will be allocated a space in the kitchen cabinets and fridge for your own groceries. You are welcome to use the appliances for light cooking, just be sure to play your part to clean up after that! The apartment was recently refurbished. There are two rooms up for rental. This listing is for the Master Bedroom with an attached private bathroom, which is currently unfurnished. Each bedroom can house up to 2 pax. You have the choice of having single or double beds depending on your needs. Guest access You can use the entire place except for Bedroom 2 (which I am currently using) and the store room (which is currently full). Do note that everyone would need to take turns using the common facilities like the washer/dryer, kitchen and common-area entertainment. During your stay I'm currently working full-time, so I would likely only be around in the evenings. My sister works from home and is staying just a stone's throw away.
