The space The Palm Estate is fully equipped with fast Wi-Fi for business and personal use, smart televisions, three living spaces for additional space, a complete kitchen with all the tools necessary to prepare meals, and an in-ground pool to help enjoy your time away from home. Two furnished areas of outdoor living make up the front porch and rear pool deck with a separate porch. Those features expand the living areas while allowing guests to enjoy the Florida weather! DETAILS BY ROOM: The Living Room - Furnished with a leather sectional sofa, dining room table, and a 50" smart TV, this is the perfect place to lounge. The Kitchen - Fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, and much more! The Rooms – Featuring clean white linens with light comforters, all rooms in this home have their own smart TVs. The master suite has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The other two bedrooms upstairs have queen beds and share a large guest bathroom that is next to both rooms. Outdoor - A furnished porch in the front, a large pool surrounded with plenty of seating in the patio area, good lighting, a charcoal grill, outdoor bathroom, and warm weather transform this outdoor living space into the perfect place to unwind. Laundry Room - Equipped with a washer/dryer and iron/ ironing board. All areas of the house are for the guests to utilize. We do have a linen closet that is locked because it is used for storing cleaning products and extras. Please don't disturb this area; please discuss with your host if additional cleaning products are needed during your stay. Guest access During every stay, the entire home is available for our guests to enjoy. This home features a Smart Lock, and you will be sent a door code prior to your arrival along with check-in instructions. Other things to note *Pool: The pool is not heated. All pool rules must be followed. *Pool Maintenance - Mondays or Tuesdays with 2nd visit Fridays or Saturdays. Lawn Maintenance - Mondays or Tuesdays. Neither company will enter the home, but they will have yard access.
