Double room in Waterfalls/Brecon Beacons

Set amongst the beautiful waterfall country, on the border of the Brecon beacons & surrounded by country fields. You are spoilt for choice with walks on the doorstep, cycle paths, waterfalls, plenty of attractions & country pubs. Our house is a lovingly renovated semi detached Edwardian property. We have a cat and a small friendly dog called Coco (kept downstairs). We are happy to give you privacy, but also available if you need assistance. The space The room is a generous double at the front of property. As well as a double bed, there is a also a single memory foam matress. Sole use of recently refurbished bathroom is located across the landing. There is TV with large selection of DVD's, a sofa & arm chair, to relax and put your feet up, watch a film & unwind. There is also a small dining/breakfast table. There is a mini fridge, toaster, kettle and teas, coffee, biscuits, bread and snacks, so you have everything you need to feel at home. We also cater for vegan and gluten free diets, please ask when booking if you require dairy free milk etc. Guest access Guests have access to the bedroom, located on the first floor. Sole use of upstairs bathroom. Bedroom contains sitting area, dining area, TV & tea & coffee facilities. Guests also have sole access to a recently referbished bathroom on the first floor, (with the best view in the house over the mountains and fields, where you may see sheep & our neighbour, Toby the horse!). During your stay We are happy to give guests their privacy, but also available to help with any queries. If we are not at the property, you can also contact me by phone, email or through Airbnb. Other things to note We are currently providing hand towel & bath mat, but due to Covid, we are not currently providing bath towels, so if you could bring your own, that would be great.
