Full kitchen with gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, refrigerator and all the kitchen essentials. Bathroom has tile flooring and a tile shower, but no bathtub. The studio is roomy with a little nook area for the comfortable queen bed. Desk for working remotely. Large, fully fenced, sunny patio for your enjoyment. The space is completely private both inside and outside. The space The studio is in a quiet, private setting down a private lane. There are surrounding orchards and vineyards cascading over rolling hills. Natural light abounds inside with vaulted ceilings and a skylight. Newly installed mini split provides heat and AC with a remote control. There is a large, walk in closet and a new dresser for your use as well as a separate closet for coats and suitcase storage. There's an additional 'utility' closet with ironing board and iron, extra cleaning supplies, etc. The space is perfectly equipped for the extended stay traveler. Your arrival 'basket' includes some fresh, free range eggs from the resident chickens (when the hens lay fewer eggs, I provide organic store bought eggs). There will also be some coffee, tea, and creamer to help get your first morning started. There's a new Weber propane BBQ and a patio table with umbrella and chairs for you to BBQ or simply relax in the peaceful setting. There's a piece of vineyard view from the studio, but most of the views you see are from the red chairs just outside the studio's enclosed patio. Guest access You have a private entrance from the paved driveway into a large, fenced patio area that has both sun and shade. A comfortable outdoor patio set with table and chairs & umbrella as well as a propane BBQ grill is available for your use. Inside the studio there are 2 steps up to the kitchen and 2 steps up to the bathroom. Other things to note High quality Egyptian 100 % cotton linens for beds and bath. Kitchen is fully equipped including gas range & oven, toaster oven and microwave. Plenty of cookware provided. Fast WIFI of 800 Mbps included and there are USB charging ports near the table and desk. There is a flat screen TV and Comcast cable with local channels, some free movies, and Netflix. A DVD player with DVDs is available for your use. There is a 3 night minimum on holiday weekends.
