Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, balcony and a large terrace. All rooms and the kitchen face the East; the kitchen and the terrace face the West. Total area is 53 sq.m, terrace is 18 sq.m. The apartment it equipped with everything you need for a comfortable rest of 4 (max 6) persons. Unlimited wi-fi access (Internet), Central and digital TV channels. DVD. Air-conditioning. Bicycle available (5 euro/day). Other things to note Parking on our street (like everywhere else in the center) is paid (it's €2 per hour, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.). There is an underground parking next to the Media Library — a two-minute walk from our house - I am attaching a photo of the price.  Public parking near Ponteil Beach is free from October 1 to May 31👍 - it's between 8 and 10 minutes towards the sea.  Free parking is also available in the residential area, in all streets to the right of Boulvar Foch (if you are facing the sea) - see the green circles marking these areas in the attached photo (red circles - for paid parking).
