The space The single bedroom apartment spans the entire second/top floor of the house and offers a 40 m2 private terrace with a lovely view over the Bialucha river. Apartment Features: •Bedroom has one queen size bed and large wardrobe. •Fresh bedclothes and towels available. •Bathroom has a shower, wash-basin and toilet. •Living space has a leather fold-down couch (sleeps one extra guest at additional cost) •LED Flat screen TV with Cyfra+ offering over 95 channels. •Kettle, mugs, tea and coffee available. •Free Wi-fi available. •In the basement of the house you'll find a shared laundry facility with washing machine and dryer. •Fully furnished shared kitchen located on ground floor of the house. I have also provided a fridge in your apartment for your convenience. •Private terrace with wooden folding chairs, table and umbrella. •Central heating and air conditioner •Study area located on mezzanine. •Gas-fired barbecue in the backyard. -Parking available. Guest access Please feel free to enjoy the garden. There is a little seating area and gas-fired barbecue behind the house. Perfect during the warmer seasons. During your stay Please feel free to ask me any questions. I'm usually at home, so if you don't find me in the kitchen or in the basement, I'll be in the bedroom on the first floor. I try to respond to texts and emails immediately. Other things to note If the room is available, I am flexible with checkin/checkout times. Otherwise, travellers arriving early may leave their luggage in my care, and return closer towards the check-in time. Similarly for check-out, I can store luggage if my guests are traveling in the evening. If you prefer to wait, I can offer you some light refreshments in the shared kitchen.
