Private room available in my apartment where I live with two friendly cats. It's located in the heart of Alsancak just 50 meters from the seaside and Kordon. Easy access to public transit. Very close to many restaurants and bars. Air conditioning is in the living room (*not in the bedroom*), central heating, Netflix, PS5, tea/coffee. The space The apartment has a modern style with a renovated interior and is very comfortable and spacious. *Air Conditioning in the living room area, not in the bedroom.* During your stay If I am free I can show you around or go for a coffee together. Other things to note Must be able to climb stairs to the 4th floor. There can be street noise if the balcony doors are open.
