Agriturismo La Fattoria is a beautifully restored farmhouse on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, ideally situated between Siena, Rome, and Perugia. The estate features nine separate apartments and guests can enjoy a swimming pool, a large garden, and an on-site restaurant, all while immersed in the charm of the countryside. The property is also child-friendly, offering a welcoming environment for all ages while serving as an excellent base to explore the region. The space Apartment 9 is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse. It features a large living room with a fireplace, sofa, dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower. An equipped outdoor porch is available to our guests.
