Colorado Horse Ranch

This listing is for use only of 2 private rooms and joining private bathroom in the beautiful Colorado country. The remaining residence is for host only. Only the number of registered guests are allowed in the residence. No additional guests are allowed without specific authorization by host. The space - Multiple horses on the property. Horses or pasture NOT available to guests. Guest access Access is through the exterior garage door, then through the door accessing the house from the garage into the mudroom. Two bedrooms and Jack & Jill bathroom are located in upper east bedroom section. The kitchen and other living areas are not available to guests.
