Sit on the terrace of our gite "Le Val de Vilaine" and recharge your batteries with this view of the Vilaine located 500 m away. We welcome you to a 1750 stone townhouse renovated with natural materials in 2014. The terrace will allow you to relax in peace while admiring the panorama. The space The 115 m² cottage is located in the heart of a place where calm and tranquility reign supreme. The house is close to the Vilaine River. An unobstructed view of this river as well as the valley is available to you. You'll find: on the ground floor: - a living room/lounge area and a kitchen - 2 bedrooms for 2 people with private toilet and shower room (one on the ground floor and one upstairs on the mezzanine) Upstairs: - a bedroom for 3 people, private bathroom and toilet Guest access Rental of the cottage is possible for the weekend outside the summer season. Rental is only by the week (7 nights minimum) in July and August. The tourist tax is to be added, i.e. €0.80 per night and per person. Mandatory cleaning fee of €80. No pets allowed.
