Home is stocked with a small supply of kitchen and bath essentials - coffee, sugar, s&p, soap and shampoo. The area is rural, 20-30 mins away from groceries, restaurants and shopping. The lofted space and river access steps are not safe for unsupervised children and should be used with caution. Guest access Entire home and 2acre property are available for use. Door has keypad entry. Code will be supplied the day prior to check in. There are steps to enter home and steps to access loft, pier and river. Boat and pwc lifts are not available for guest use. Other things to note Absolutely not available for weddings, parties or other events. No more than 4 guests allowed on property unless prior approval from hosts. Must be 25years or older to book.
