Cozy cottage by the sea. (Norrtäljeviken)

Cozy, recently renovated cottage beautifully located in front of the mountains next to Norrtäljeviken. The lake plot is large and without view with three jetties and two small beaches. Perfect both summer and winter time. The space The cottage is secluded on the large plot with the terrace completely without view. On the terrace there is garden furniture and a BBQ grill. Sun from midday to sunset. The newly-renovated and fully-equipped kitchen has a dining area for 6 people as well as a day bed/sofa. The bathroom is also brand new, fully tiled with shower, sink and incinerator toilet. Bedroom/living room has a 180 cm bed, sofa, wardrobes, 55" TV, table and space for an extra bed. All rooms have lake view. Wi-Fi, electricity, water, bed linens and towels are included in the price. The beds will be freshly made upon arrival. In the cottage there is a 90 cm bed, a 180 cm bed and a crib but you will also have access to another newly renovated bedroom with a 180 cm bed and lake view. Next to it is a water-flushing toilet, sink and laundry room (older standard) for your private use. These rooms are located on the bottom floor of a house, not permanently occupied, about 35 meters away. The apartment is blocked (separate) from the rest of the house with its own entrance and key. Guest access You can easily get to Norrtälje city (3.5 km) by car in a few minutes. If you prefer to cycle, there are a couple of bicycles for rent. Norrtälje is a lively but cozy summer town with a wide range of restaurants, cafés, bars and small shops. Good transport links from Norrtälje bus station to Stockholm with frequent departures. Travel time to Stockholm city from Norrtälje is just over an hour by public transport and 50 minutes by car. Plenty of parking for both car and boat (own jetty) on the property. (Note: all photos are taken on/of/from the property) Other things to note Fishing: Fishing is permitted in Norrtälje Bay. Herring fishing is good in early/mid-June when the herring come into this part of Norrtälje Bay to spawn. Rowboat is available to borrow from May to October. Bath: You have access to both beaches on the property. Air mattresses and sand toys are available. At the end of June, plants (completely harmless) grow from the bottom a few meters out, which then disappear during the winter. There are also several public bathing areas, both by lakes and seas in the nearby area. Yard: You are welcome to pick (for your own use) what is available during your stay. The earliest is the ramson (April) then rhubarb, chives, currants, plums, late raspberries and finally apples (October) There is a permanent resident on the property in a house out of sight. A total of three houses on a 20,000 sqm (5 acres) plot.
