Pilchuck St. Park & more The space Soaring ceilings give a spacious feel to this tidy, private space in a quiet neighborhood. Come rejuvenate in peaceful surroundings with the waters of a clean lake beckoning you to kayak or fish year-round, or swim and paddleboard in the summer months. Since our place is positioned on the northeast side of the lake, the sunshine lingers until dusk, making for delightful summer evenings and gorgeous sunsets year-round. Hikes and local attractions can be enjoyed any time of year, like the Snohomish River Run 5k, 10k, half or full marathon; Winter Solstice Walk along the riverfront trail; shopping or dining in the quaint antiques-&-boutiques Snohomish downtown area; local beer and wine tasting; tree lighting in late November in Snohomish or Monroe - the list goes on. Seattle is less than an hour away, as are Woodinville Wineries, Seattle Premium Outlets, Mt. Pilchuck National Park, and numerous hikes. The apartment is above a detached garage; the stairway is just inside the entry door. When inside, enjoy the lovely space we take pride in maintaining and frequently upgrading. Upgrades include quartz countertops (in both kitchen and bath) and black-out blinds. Freshly painted in late 2023. The studio hosts one queen bed and one full-sized hide-a-bed, making the sleeping arrangements best suited for a couple with young children or three adults. Guest access Enjoy your private apartment, but be sure to spend some time at the lakeside picnic table and firepit. We have a barbecue grill available for your use also. If you need laundry done, let us know. Lake access is shared by permanent residents in the main house and no more than FOUR TOTAL airbnb guests. If you'd like to have additional friends join you during the day, we recommend Lake Roesiger County Park, just over a mile away. It has a nice swimming area and beach. Other things to note NO PETS SEPTIC SYSTEM: Please deposit nothing but toilet paper and you-know-what in the toilet. HELP US CONSERVE ENERGY: Turn off lights/heat when not in use. SMART TV: Bring your login information for Netflix or Amazon so you can access your account on our new tv. If you don't have an account, there are still a few free shows and movies available. WELL-STOCKED KITCHEN: The apartment includes a small full-sized refrigerator, small electric range with oven, microwave, crockpot, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, hot pot, blender, and a wide range of spices as well as basic needs like butter, flour, and sugar. Just ask if there's something you need that you can't find; we might have it on hand. PHONE SERVICE: Verizon and AT&T are the best cellphone providers for this area. Others may appreciate a boost from our wi-fi. LAKE RULES: Motorboats may only create a wake/exceed 8 mph between 10:30 am and 5:30 pm. and travel in a counterclockwise direction. During that time all swimmers, paddleboarders, kayakers, etc. need to stay on the shore side of the course marked off by the series of buoys. Boating season is May 25 - September 25; the lake is a no-wake zone at all hours the rest of the year.
