The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 4 single 90x190 beds, a wardrobe, an iron and ironing board, a bathroom, a toilet, and a large living room. There are 2 sofa beds and an American kitchen in the living room. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, air conditioning, combi boiler, all kitchen utensils. There is no balcony. The space Apart from this house, the houses in the Ankapalas apartment building have 1+1 rooms. This house is different from the others and has 2+1 rooms. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 beds in the bedrooms, 4 beds in total. The spacious living room has 2 sofa beds and an American kitchen. The bathroom may be a little small. The bathroom is a little small for the larger bedroom and living room. There is no balcony. Guest access The entire apartment is available for your use. Other things to note The facility is easy to access. City buses pass nearby. There are 2 taxi stands nearby. 1- Smoking is not allowed throughout the building and in the apartment. 2- No garbage is left in the stairwell. Garbage is kept on the balcony or in the kitchen and thrown into the garbage container by the guest. 3- It is strictly forbidden to listen to loud music and watch TV. 4- The guest agrees not to use the rented house for the transportation of any goods that are considered a crime to be possessed by the Customs Laws, the Turkish Law and other laws, and for other illegal activities. 5- The tenant shall not keep more guests or persons in the rented apartment than the number of persons specified in the contract. (The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people). You must ask the landlord for approval for more than 4 people to live in the apartment. 6- The rented apartment cannot be used for any purpose other than accommodation. 7- The guest must be over the age of 18 and must provide an identity card or passport for registration. It is the tenant's responsibility to obtain a residence permit from official institutions. 8- The guest will provide the identity or passport information of the persons who will stay in the apartment other than himself/herself to the lessor. The guest is responsible for the accommodation of the persons staying in the apartment without providing their identity information, and all pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages incurred by the host due to the persons accommodated without identity notification shall be covered by the guest. 9- The guest agrees that he/she is obliged to compensate the material and moral damage to be incurred by the host in case the apartment is used for purposes considered as a crime by law. 10- The guest is obliged to leave the rented house closed and locked in order to ensure its security. In the event of theft or loss, if the losses cannot be found, the host will ask the guest to pay the value of the lost items. 11- The guest cannot rent, transfer, assign or deposit the rights arising from the contract or the equipment and supplies in the house to third parties in writing or verbally and cannot use them in a way that harms the landlord. Violation of this commitment entitles the host to demand the immediate return of the house for any reason and without any payment. 12- Electricity, water, natural gas are subject to extra charges. Fees are also paid at the facility. Do not make a reservation without reading the house rules and additional house rules. 13- The language spoken in the facility is TURKISH.
