It is a beautiful traditional Mallorcan house, but at the same time with modern technology. The house has spectacular panoramic views of the coast and the Sierra de Tramontana, where it is nestled among olive, orange, lemon and fig trees. The property has several terraces around the house with access to the kitchen, barbecue, and two shaded areas for eating and lying down. Large terrace in front of the house. BEDROOMS: The house has air conditioning with a cold and heat pump in each bedroom and a living room with exterior windows with blinds from which you can see the ocean views. Both bedrooms have a double bed. BATHROOM: With shower, toilet, sink, first aid kit, hair dryer, toilet paper, gel, shampoo and hand towel. LIVING AREA: A spacious and bright living room, includes: dining table, electric radiator and fireplace. Air conditioning with a cold air pump and heating. Double doors (climalit) and large bright window where you can enjoy a terrace with stunning ocean views along the mountains. A sofa by the fireplace, 43'' smart TV, satellite TV, Netflix with free movies and documentaries, Bose SoundLink Bluetooth speakers to connect to your iPhone, etc. KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with 3-burner gas cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer, toaster, and microwave. TERRACE: The house has sun all day long. In the porch area there is a BBQ with a sink that are under a roof to avoid direct sunlight on hot summer days. In addition, a table with 6 chairs, hammocks, etc. on the terrace to lie in front of the house and enjoy the views. In a separate room there is a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, and another refrigerator with freezer. HOUSEKEEPING: - Includes: towels (1 per person), essentials, bed linens. Guest access In the village of Deià, you will find picturesque shops, gourmet restaurants, Mediterranean, Italian and tapas, cafes, bars and a supermarket. In Deià you will also find a bank, post office, tobacconist and a pharmacy. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cala de Deià (beach, see the pictures) by car, 10 minutes from Fornalutx and 20 minutes to Soller and Port de Soller by car. Other things to note - Children under 2 years of age will pay €15 per night. We provide a travel crib with a comfortable mattress, sheets and blanket and a portable high chair. - Upon arrival, a copy of the passport of all guests, including children, and signature of the contract will be requested. - Information on access to the property The private road up to the property is paved and suitable for all types of vehicles, including cars and trucks. However, it is somewhat narrow. Therefore, we inform you only as a guide that some drivers with little experience may feel somewhat uncomfortable at first. We recommend renting a small car for convenience, although any type of vehicle can access without problem. - Information on the natural environment and fauna As you know, this accommodation is in a protected area within the Sierra de Tramuntana, a natural environment with a particular ecosystem and a microclimate that favors the presence of native fauna. Therefore, we inform you that protected species of the island can be found, including some species of insects. The home is pest-free and complies with established control protocols. The rooms are equipped with mosquito nets for comfort. However, we recommend keeping doors and windows closed, especially during the hottest hours or at dusk, to prevent insects from entering. It is also advisable not to leave raw food either inside or outside the house, to avoid attracting any source of pests. Due to the natural environment in which we find ourselves, it is not impossible to guarantee 100% the total absence of insects inside the house. Being in the middle of nature implies occasional exposure to insects or other animals. Therefore, we recommend that anyone particularly sensitive to the presence of insects or wildlife take the necessary precautions and be aware of this situation. NUMBER OF GUESTS AND RATES - Information on rates and number of guests When booking, please note that: • The base rate for 4 guests is the standard price for the whole house. • When the booking is for 1 or 2 people, a special reduced rate applies. This lower rate is intended exclusively for low occupancy stays. Therefore, before confirming the reservation, please make sure to correctly select the number of guests, as the rate for 1 or 2 people is lower than the standard price for 4 guests. Important: If on the day of check-in, during the stay, or after check-out, it is detected that the actual number of guests is higher than the number indicated in the reservation, the guest or host must modify the reservation, adapting it to the actual number of people and assuming the corresponding increase in the price. This modification may be made before check-in, during the stay, or even after the stay. This will involve the corresponding adjustment in the price, according to the current rate for the new number of guests.
