The house for cosy times

A renovated old house that reveals local tradition, located in one of the wealthiest and most quiet areas of Nicosia, will give you the opportunity to enjoy the capital from a different perspective. Walking distance to everything you might need (historic center, municipal gardens, municipal swimming pool, Cyprus museum, theater, local bars, restaurants, universities, banks). The space The house is part of the 50s architecture, keeping the atmosphere you need to relax. Guest access Please feel free to let me know about anything you might need. Basic amenities have been provided including clean bedding, fresh towels, bathroom supplies, and more. Washer is available in the kitchen for laundry. If you would like to have a hot shower, even though now in Cyprus it’s too hot, do turn on the boiler for 15-20min prior. Kitchen is at your disposal. Feel free to use the cooking ware, utensils, and appliances as needed. We have plenty of storage space available for groceries. There are plenty of delivery options on the wooden box on the metallic shelves. While I do not have a smart TV you are more than welcome to use my projector and speakers in the living room to enjoy movie nights in. The house is a-smoking free environment, you can find ashtrays in the kitchen. When you checkout, please leave your house key on the dining table. During your stay I am most of the time around to help with further inquiries and lots of local tips to enjoy yourselves.
