Very comfortable - Spacious open concept living room with 2 sofas (one is a sofa bed), full very functional kitchen with a separate island, large dining table and 3 bedrooms, one with suite large bathroom (with a huge double shower and 2 seperated sinks) and double bed, another with double bed and the third with two single beds. In addition, there is another general bathroom. The apartment is on a third floor without an elevator, but once you are in the apartment you will forget that little effort. The spacious interior (more than 90m²) is flooded with natural light as well as designed lightings all over the place. It has central air condition system for all the rooms and a separated water heating system that makes you feel convenient all over the year. The interior design is very elegant, precise and updated, yet it let you feel very pleasant and cozy. The apartment has an excellent location in the middle of the center of the city - 10-15 minutes' walk from the main sights as Puerta de Sol, Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, the Retiro Park, the Museum of the Prado and Thyssen etc. It is positioned in one of the liveliest, and vibrant areas of Madrid in the trendy neighborhood of Malasaña with many chick restaurants, bars and shops that surrounding it. The building is very well maintained and it is located less than 100m from Grand via which makes it close to many branded shops, 5 minutes from Primark and the famous Fuencarral street. Both the street and the building are safe and quiet, which makes it ideal to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay. All of this will make you (if you are still not…) fall in love in Madrid because you will feel at your home in Malasaña. The only problem is that you won't want to leave it. In order to guarantee the safety of our guests and respect for the rules of the neighbors community, the apartment has a noise control device installed. The property is rented solely for work, study, medical, etc. purposes. The tenant must sign a temporary stay contract, which will be provided before moving into the property. This contract will primarily reflect the conditions agreed upon during the reservation, the purpose of the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourism), and the prohibition on subletting or carrying out any construction work. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. Guest access During yourstay you have access to the entire the entire apartment. You can use the kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The kitchen is fully brand new equipped. You can use everything. The house is delivered with the necessary bedding and towels for the guests. In the bathroom, following the customs of the 5-star hotels, awaits hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. You do not need to carry all this in your suitcase. LATE CHECK-IN FEE: In arrivals between 11pm and 1am there is a small night check-in fee of € 15, to be paid at the time of check-in in cash. For arrivals between 1am and 7am, the fee is € 30. It is important not to forget the keys inside during the stay in the apartment, and especially not to leave the apartment having left the keys in the inside lock, since then the door will be locked and no one will be able to access. In these cases, a locksmith will need to go to unlock the door and guests will assume the cost. At the time of your check-out / departure, please leave the keys on the table in the living room and close the door. The departure time limit is 11am if we have not previously agreed on another time.
