Easter Garth Guest House: Loch Lomond room.

An impressive, historic house set in the heart of The Clachan Village, a small conservation area. Easter Garth is set back from the road, in approx. an acre of gardens and offers a tranquil setting for a relaxing break. The house is spacious and has many period features. All our bedrooms are well-equipped and designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A warm welcome is guaranteed and wonderful home cooked food is available (supplement required). We do have a dog, so not pet free. The space Our guest bedroom is on the first floor and accessed via an original stone-built staircase. In your bedroom you will find a comfortable double and single bed dressed in white cotton linens, Egyptian cotton towels, Scottish Fine Soaps toiletries, a TV and a hospitality tray. This room has an en-suite shower room, with a mains fed shower. There is a step for easier access into the shower. The TV is an internet TV. Guests can log into their own Netflix or other streaming accounts or mirror their own devices through it. On the ground floor, there is a guests' lounge with original 1930s furniture and incredible views of the countryside behind the house. The lounge has a variety of books and games for your enjoyment. This leads onto the dining area; you can make use of the dining table, a toaster, a Nespresso machine and Breville one cup for hot drinks. We are happy to provide crockery and cutlery for you but would request that takeaways are eaten in the dining room and not in the bedroom, please. Guest access Outside, guests can access the front and side gardens. If you would like a blanket or seats, please just ask. Inside the house, we have a guests’ lounge, where you can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. The dining room can be accessed via the guest lounge. During your stay Easter Garth is our home, so we live onsite. The house is large enough to offer dedicated guest areas and private owner areas. There is always someone on hand to help you during your stay, whether you have forgotten your toothbrush or need a taxi number, we can give assistance. We are a fully functioning B and B and have 3 letting rooms in total. Our own website shows all our available rooms. Other things to note Our Loch Lomond room does not accept pets. We no longer accept pets at the property. Breakfasts are available for a supplement of £13.50pp/pn (full cooked with lighter options available as well). Please discuss options with the host and request an order form. Breakfasts are ordered by 10pm the night before and will be cooked to order and ready for your chosen time. This cuts down on waiting times and food wastage. We do have a dog (Bruno, a dachshund). He is a rescue but very friendly to people.
