ACCOMMODATION NEXT TO THE BEACH

Double room just a few meters from the beach. We are a family surf school. In the summer season, the accommodation will be exclusively for guests interested in giving surf lessons. We like to have a personal touch and get to know our clients. Santoña is in a privileged setting, in the middle of the Marismas Natural Park, surrounded by Mount Buciero and crowned by the wild beach of Berria. Want to enjoy the beach, waves, mountains, and culture? This is the place for you. The space Our location is perfect, if you like to surf, swim or listen to the sound of the sea, you cross the street and at your feet you have the beach. Berria is an open sea, so it makes the waves much easier, it is one of the best spots for learning to surf. The room is simple, has a double bed, 2 nightstands, a large closet and a TV. We provide bed linen and towels. The house has Wi-Fi. Common areas are shared (bathroom, toilet, living-dining room, kitchen, reception and patio). We take care of our guests by carefully cleaning and disinfecting every area of the house. It is a surfhouse so you will hear the students' traffic during class hours, of course in respectful hours, to facilitate a good rest for our guests. Guest access Our reception is at the entrance to the house. We register all our guests there and inform them of everything. To access the house you have to go through reception, there we give you access to the house. The house has all the basic services (microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kitchenware) the rooms (have television, sheets and towels). The main courtyard is for the use of the School's students, where they leave their boards and shower, and they also have an outdoor toilet. Other things to note RULES TO BE FOLLOWED -RESPECT for the other neighbors in the neighborhood. - NO PARTIES are allowed, nor being in the outside area of the courtyard after 12 midnight. - NO music after 9 pm. -It's a residential area, we ask you to cooperate. -In the event that the rules are not respected, we will proceed to the departure of the guests. ABOUT SANTOÑA -Santoña is a tombolo, it is a piece of land attached to a sandy isthmus, this isthmus is the beach of Berria where we are. -The town of Santoña has everything you need, a health center, cinema, restaurants, tourist offices, boat trips, mountain routes, walks near the sea, good roads with good communications. Santander is half an hour away by car, Bilbao is 50 minutes away, and the nearest hospital is 15 minutes away in the town of Laredo. ABOUT OUR SCHOOL -We are surf instructors, athletes who live by the sea.
