Conveniently located within walking distance of a city park (half a block), river walking trails (half a block), the Deschutes River (less than a mile), Old Mill (less than a mile), Hayden Homes Ampitheater (1.7 miles) and downtown Bend (2 miles). Close to restaurants, bars, pubs, shopping, theater, ice pavilion and outdoor pursuits Electric Car Charger (available upon request.) Sorry no pets, no smoking. The space The Modern (upstairs 2nd floor apartment) has its own entrance that is separate from the owners living quarters downstairs. Guest living room has a view of one of the last in-city horse ranches remaining. So be sure to say hi to the horses, Brando and Chance. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. Living room has a couch, chair and big screen TV with streaming services and wifi and a work space with WiFi. Kitchenette has dining area, Microwave, mini fridge, Coffee maker, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, wine glasses. Salt and pepper, sugar, creamer, coffee and tea. Bathroom has tub/shower combo and starter set bath products. Guest access Living room, Dining Area, kitchenette, bathroom, two bedrooms (queen bed in each) Other things to note This is an upstairs apartment so guest must be able to traverse stairs. Door has an Electronic lock so you can enter with a code. Unit has a kitchenette, great for warming up your leftovers from one of the many close by restaurants or online delivery services.
