Bluff Cove is a modern, stylish, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a gate directly to the beach in Swansea, Tasmania. In a quiet location, with views out across Great Oyster Bay, Nine Mile Beach and the Hazards, this is the ideal property for a family holiday or romantic getaway. Only a short walk into the township of Swansea, and a short drive to the many wineries and vineyards, it really is the most perfect spot. The space Bluff Cove offers a master suite with King size bed, doors to the deck, ensuite with views to the beach and plenty of storage space should you need it. The second bedroom offers a Queen size bed and there is a bunk room to sleep four, plus a portacot upon request. The open plan living area has been designed to capture the views and all day sun. It offers plenty of comfortable seating with leather couches and a day bed. There is an eight seater dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hot plates, dishwasher, plenty of storage in the pantry and a full size fridge. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and plunger and French press, and enough cutlery and crockery for the whole family. On the deck there is outdoor furniture, a BBQ and large umbrella available. Bluff Cove is located in a quiet, residential area and we ask that our guests respect our neighbours, and be mindful of the noise levels after 9pm and before 8am. We would suggest that holiday plans that include entertaining would be better in a more secluded property. Privacy There are outdoor security cameras operating at the front and rear of the house for both guest and host security. Your host is not onsite but available by phone and a local host is nearby. Guest access Guests can access the entire home (except the garage). This includes the fully fenced backyard with direct beach access and off street parking for 2-3 vehicles. Other things to note We are a family friendly property and out of respect for our close neighbours, request noise be kept to a minimum from 9pm and 8am, and don't allow parties or events. Please leave our incredible property as you found it. We do expect you to wash up your dishes and take your rubbish out to the outside bins upon leaving. We will charge for any additional cleaning that is required. The wood heater should only be used by guests who are confident in the operation of a wood heater. Please note that the wood heater will only be available from April 1 - October 31. There is also an electric reverse cycle air conditioner (heat pump) in the living room. Pricing Airbnb charge guests a service fee that cannot be removed by hosts, and is a percentage of the total cost of the stay. This fee goes to Airbnb, not the hosts. Please correctly book the number of guests staying, as some rooms may be unavailable if you don’t book them. There may also be an additional linen charge is extra beds are used. Also, keeping in mind there are outdoor security cameras for guest and host security. If extra guests arrive and are not on the booking, you may be asked to leave the property without a refund for any nights remaining.
