Farmhouse: Beautiful Dock, Lake Access, and Views

Large, renovated Farmhouse with well-stocked kitchen, lake views and a brand-new, large trex dock. Comes with two paddle boards and fishing kayak to explore the lake. Watch the sunrise/sunset on the large front porch or walk across the street to the dock to fish or swim in beautiful Laurel Lake. Take a short walk to the local ice cream parlor or stop in to have a beer and the best wings at the Lake View Inn. Short drive to local breweries and two golf courses. No events/parties allowed. The space Very cozy space, HD Smart TV, High Speed wireless (100MB Internet) throughout house to support remote work. We also have bluetooth wireless speakers to stream music outside, plenty of space and sleeping. Close drive to Salt Springs State Park (free admission) for hiking and picnicking. The house is also close to two, beautiful golf courses, winery, brewery, hunting, farm stands and orchards for apple picking and fresh produce. We provide two upstairs window a/c units and fans throughout in the summer as well as two large picnic tables and plenty of space to relax on the front porch. Come to us for a weekend getaway, longer-stay business lodging, family time, etc - please reach out and let us know how we can support your stay. For when you might need more space, we are partnered with a second cottage across the lake (3 minute walk), just let us know and we can coordinate. Guest access Entire house and property. We also have two inflatable paddle boards and a fishing kayak with life jackets, safety whistles, and paddles in the garage for use. Please lift across the street to avoid wear and tear. Other things to note You can pull up to the top of the driveway on the right side of the house. There is a two-car garage that you can park in front of or anywhere around it/at the top of the driveway. We have room for approximately 6 cars, so take your pick of place - just be careful of the drop-off to the right of the driveway as you come and go. It is easiest to enter the house from the back entrance through the little porch on back. Will use a lockbox available on the back railing to access the property. Will send you the code with your check-in instructions. The code is changed for every guest. On Laurel Lake, you are required to have a life vest on the kayak or paddle board with you and are recommended to take one of the safety whistles as well (provided).
