The house feels like home, with plenty of room for everyone: four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, and a covered outdoor patio where you can unwind after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you’ll need for your stay, and there’s a BBQ on the covered patio, perfect for relaxed outdoor meals. Air conditioning is available in the family room and flows through to the dining and kitchen areas. The bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans, with extra bedding provided for cooler nights. Fresh bed linen and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels. For entertainment, Wi-Fi is available, along with a great selection of books, games and movies to enjoy during your stay. One side of the double garage is available for guest use. Inside you’ll find bikes and helmets, fishing equipment, a beach trolley, camp chairs, boogie boards. There’s also a second fridge freezer in the garage for extra food and drinks. Complimentary toiletries and basic pantry items are provided for your convenience. As this is not a serviced property, these items are not replenished during your stay, so please bring your own consumables as needed. Woodgate also offers a dog-friendly beach so we welcome your 4-legged family members. To help us maintain the home to a high standard and welcoming for all guests, we ask that pets are kept outdoors. The property is fully fenced, and we provide dog beds & bowls so they feel safe and at home too. Guest access Guests will have the whole house to themselves.
