Great natural light, beautiful city views, exceptionally designed, well-located for easy commutes to north and south bay. In-floor radiant heat and hardwood floor throughout. Share bathroom and kitchen with other guests. It has folding door and partition panels to separate the space from kitchen and dinning room (currently use as storage area by landlord). 欢迎外国学生 The space Good size living room furnished with a full size bed, a couch, a closet, a book shelf, a stand-up closet, tables and chairs and fireplace! Guest access Guest will have access to fully equipped kitchen, eating area, breakfast counter top and 2 full bathrooms. Both bathrooms have jet tube. Washer and dryer on site for guests. There is also a room size study area with a couch, tables and chairs. During your stay There are guests staying in other rooms and they love to exchange experiences with each other. Some of them are long term tenants. I respond to requests immediately or have a co-host that are available when I am not around. Other things to note This is a 4-story building and the unit in on the top floor. It could be a challenge if you have too many luggage or can't walk up the stairs. NO elevator in the building.
