You’ll be staying in a **private 10 sq.m. room**, ideal for solo travelers or couples. It features a **comfortable standard double bed (140x200 cm)**, TV, air conditioning, heating, wardrobe, and **direct access to a spacious terrace**—perfect for enjoying sunsets or a quiet moment with a view. The **bathroom is shared** with one other Airbnb guest room, and you’ll also have access to the **shared kitchen, living room, and our panoramic terrace**. The apartment is shared, and you’ll have full access to the fully equipped kitchen, shared bathroom, and a large balcony—all available for your use with care and respect. We share our home with three adorable cats, Fluffy, Aphrodite and Agapi. They’re friendly and cuddly if you’re a cat lover, but they’ll happily keep their distance if you prefer. Please note: Smoking is only allowed on the terrace; the rest of the apartment is smoke-free. We kindly ask that you clean up after using shared spaces and return everything to its place.
