This condominium unit displays a modern custom-built interior design. It is complimented by mood lighting and wood finishing making each corner spot a cozy, lively and relaxing ambiance. This unit has been fully utilized to serve as a second home to everyone who lives in it. • LIVING / DINING SPACE: The unit has a seating and dining area. It has a customized couch with pull out bed, and a bar table enough to utilize for both work or dining purposes. The customized entertainment cabinet with pin lights has a 50”-flat screen LED SMART TV with cable subscription. Behind the couch is a wall-mounted full height fixed mirror to give yourself a glance at all time. • KITCHEN: Furnished with a functional kitchen that includes: two-door refrigerator, electric kettle, rice cooker, induction cooker, microwave oven, range hood, plates, utensils and glasses. • WIFI / CABLE TV / NETFLIX : Equipped with 50Mbps Internet Wi-Fi and Cable TV with over 50-Channels. • BED SPACE: The unit has one customized queen-sized bed with drawers and padded head board. Fresh new linens are installed for every guest to ensure cleanliness, good hygiene and quality sleep. It is equipped with a window type air-conditioner. A customized wardrobe cabinet with sliding doors is available too for your belongings and storage. • BATHROOM: The unit has a customized cabinet with lighting, sink cabinet, vanity mirror and shower with enclosure and hot water. Bathroom essentials are provided such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap and toilet paper. Hair dryer is available. • SECURITY: Our unit has been equipped with digital door lock and can be access using a passcode. Security officers are on-duty 24/7 within the condominium property to ensure the safety of residents and guests. • CONVENIENCE: At the ground floor you can find restaurants, Alfamart convenience shop, laundry shop, coffee shop, and a beauty salon. Famous restaurants along Katipunan Avenue are about 5 to 10 minutes’ walk away. Public transport to UP or jeepneys, has a terminal just right across the building. • CHECK-IN: Regular check-in is from 2PM to 5PM but we can accommodate guests with late check-ins. Check-out is strictly at 12PM. Please bring Government valid ID's and passport for Foreigners. Pay-parking is available outside the Condo building at ground level. • OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Garbage collection at 10AM and 7PM daily. Maintenance crew will ring bell along corridors. Please bring out and hand it to them. Please do not leave your garbage along the corridor. Guest access The condominium building has a front-desk reception and information counter at the lobby. Guests can use the pool for a fee of Php150/person on regular days and Php300/person on weekend and holidays to be paid at the Admin office of Condo. (max of 2 person per unit). Use of pool is subject to availability per Condominium's pool rules and regulations.
