Rental unit in South Padre Island

The condo has been newly updated and is located near Clayton's Beach Bar and within walking distance to the beach. You can see the fireworks from the balcony, and the condo is directly located above the pool. A new air conditioning unit has been installed (10/2023) All bedrooms have a 50” smart TV available. Pets are not allowed, and the unit is non-smoking. Tenants who compromise the space will be charged an additional cleaning fee. The space The condo has a full kitchen with all the necessary appliances (Keurig/coffee pot, microwave, blender, stove/oven, dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator). The washer/dryer is a stackable unit. Guest access The unique design has the living space downstairs with a 1/2 bath and the bedrooms are located upstairs with their own private bathrooms. The unit has a designated parking space and parking permits are provided. There are three flights of stairs on the property to reach the unit located on the second floor. Other things to note Spring Break (March ONLY) Rules -- The Home Owner's Association requires that all registered guests wear a bracelet purchased from the realty office. The cost of the bracelet per person is $25. Individuals without a bracelet will not be allowed on the property. This is for security purposes.
