The Alessandra Living Room

The Soggiorno Alessandra is a cozy Bed & Breakfast located in the heart of the historic center of Florence, precisely in the lively district of San Frediano. This neighborhood is the hub of Florentine nightlife, full of bars, restaurants, and services, and offers a wonderful representation of contemporary life in Florence. The property is a short distance from iconic tourist attractions such as the Uffizi Gallery, the Ponte Vecchio just 300 meters away, and Palazzo Pitti. All the rooms of the B&B are equipped with private bathrooms with shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for guests. The room overlooks the lively San Frediano and is located on the first floor, accessible via 28 steps, without an elevator. The space The Soggiorno Alessandra was renovated in 2020, offering a completely new, well-kept and clean environment. As it is not a hotel, there is no concierge; however, we are usually present from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. every morning to ensure assistance and hospitality. Guest access Our property is located in the historic center, within the ZTL, and offers several parking options. You can choose the affiliated garage at a rate of 25 euros per day (higher rate for SUVs or large vehicles), which includes communicating the license plate to the municipal police. Alternatively, you can park along the LUNGARNO SANTA ROSA, outside the ZTL, in the blue lines about 10/15 minutes walk from the property, at a cost of 2.00 euros per hour from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., excluding holidays. If you opt for this solution, you will not be able to transit in the ZTL and will have to park before entering the area and then reach the property on foot. Another option is the parking lot of Villa Costanza, with a dedicated exit from the A1 highway, at a cost of 7.00 euros per day, from which the tram that takes you directly to the center of the SMN station, from where you can reach the structure on foot in about 20 minutes. Our property is located on the first floor, accessible via 28 steps, without an elevator. During your stay To ensure a smooth check-in experience, we ask that you let us know your arrival time at least the day before. This will allow us to arrange an appointment for check-in in person, during which we will be happy to meet you. However, for added convenience, we also offer the option of self check-in. We will provide you with the necessary codes and instructions to access the property independently, without time constraints. We are present in the morning to tidy up the rooms and available for any questions or requests you may have during your stay. Other things to note We are available for check-in in the morning by 1:30 p.m. For late arrivals, we provide instructions and codes for self check-in. Please contact us by the day before your arrival to arrange check-in. A microwave oven is available in the shared hallway.
