First, we are now controlling bookings such that no prior renter will be in the property for at least 48 hours prior to your arrival without your knowledge. According to the CDC this alone is sufficient to ensure the property is virus free. Second, we have a meticulous cleaning policy as we are just as concerned as you are about the situation. Third, there are no other homes within hundreds of yards of the house and you will be in a sparsely populated area with pristine mountain views and country air. You will not have to deal with large crowds at grocery stores or other places you must go. You will have reliable internet so your tech will work and access to the regions best medical facilities with 30 minutes of the front door. Enjoy the luxuries of a spacious master bedroom with king size bed, private master bathroom with oversized shower, double vanities, custom cherry cabinets and granite countertops. You will also enjoy access to your own private deck to take in the expansive views! Two other guest rooms are provide with additional bathrooms. Enjoy the wonderful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains from every room on the back of the house. The million dollar view is truly something to behold! This home is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry well-behaved friends (with prior approval). Please note that this home is part of a working horse farm. While the horses themselves are in adjacent pastures and *not* to be petted, guests can enjoy the amazing tranquility of the views while enjoying the convenience to the interstate and many nearby attractions. Business travelers: note that this location is about 10 minutes away from the many new businesses in "Greenfield at Botetourt". Guest access Home includes large kitchen and island bar with sitting area, dining room, living room with baby grand piano, sunken great room, laundry room, 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. We provide a Keurig coffee-maker (carafe and cups) as well as a sampling of coffees and teas to choose from. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. There are several (many) pantry items such as flour, sugar, spices, etc that you are welcome to use. We do request that if you use the last of something, please let us know so that we can re-stock for our next guests :) There are a couple of areas ( such as the basement) that are clearly marked "Private/Owner's Area", and we thank you in advance for your cooperation :) Other things to note This home is pet friendly. However, the barn and pastures are for the horses, and therefore off-limits for people and dogs. The agility arena is available for practice for dog sport enthusiasts only with pre-approval, and references will be required. We currently take reservations about 6 months in advance.
