The space Our home has a separate 800 square foot game room/pool house with full bar, bathroom, large TV, pool table, Golden Tee golf game, foosball table, and shuffleboard which is perfect entertainment for Lake Havasu visitors. It also has a loveseat and couch. There is a beautiful pool (not heated) with a table as well as elevated large entry perfect for lounging in the pool. Make sure to make use of the outdoor kitchen and BBQ with fire pit table. The interior of the home has a large chef kitchen with granite counters throughout. Living room with a 70" TV and massive very comfortable sofa. There is a beautiful office with custom cabinetry and granite counters. The master bedroom contains a king sized tempurpedic bed, huge bath tub, shower with triple shower heads, double sinks and walk in closet. Our 2nd guest bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress and a 37" TV. The 3rd "Minnie Mouse" room features kids decor, and bunk beds with a twin bed on top, a full on the bottom and a pull out twin trundle bed. Throughout the home you will find custom canvas decor with pictures of Lake Havasu City. The home has plenty of parking. We have an RV garage available for use by request and if available. Dog's are allowed but please NO CATS ARE ALLOWED IN THE HOME. We have high allergies to cats. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home aside from the locked garage where our personal property will be stored and Casita which is a separate building below the main home.
