KINGHORN - Self contained living & Fab views

An entire private place (attached to our house) approx 25sqmtrs with your own entrance to a clean, tidy, well lit, self contained personal living space with comfortable sofa, mini kitchen/dining, through to a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, in addition the sunroom offers stunning panoramic views of Edinburgh and the river Forth. Bread, milk, cereal, butter, jam, coffee and tea are all provided along with kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge. The space The private living space comprises of a bedroom with Kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle. The Sunroom offers a small kitchen (microwave, No oven or hob) a comfortable sofa (that can be slept on in the SUMMER months if guests prefer separate beds), a small dining table and 2 chairs. It has its own entry/exit, the sunroom provides stunning views of Edinburgh and the Firth of Forth. There is a private outside patio to sit on warm days. Sorry the space would not accommodate any pets. The space is attached to our property - this is closed off inside. Guest access Guests will have their own entrance & exit by way of the sunroom door, this is also where guests will be able to sit, eat & relax within a comfortable sitting area. There is a mini kitchen with all the necessary kitchen items. Crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, small fridge, microwave and sink. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, butter, jam, milk and bread so you will at least have something for breakfast. You can now sit outside on your own private patio area. Other things to note We do share the same water system, so if the pressure is low it won't be for long...someone will be showering and we will endeavour to hurry up... ! We now have a dog, a Labrador called Hamish. He's fairly quiet but will bark occasionally. He's friendly and cautious but once he knows you he loves lots of attention. If you have a keen interest in gardening, find it therapeutic, relaxing or just like getting your hands dirty just let us know! our garden is a challenge and a half! We try very hard to keep it under control but don't always win! we have plenty tools if you want to get stuck in and any advice is welcome! 😊
