54 sq meter spacious fully furnished condo unit with parking space. Guard and concierge 24 hrs. Close to shopping, public transport and Restaurants. Short walk to Eastwood mall and grocery stores. The unit has a queen bed in the bedroom. A sofabed and a futon in living room for extra guest . This is also available for long term lease / rent for $ 700 per month which includes parking .Please note cleaning fee is fee for cleaning the unit after you check-out and not during your stay. The space Roomier than typical condo units. It has a bedroom with queen bed .The living room has a couch that can turn into a full size bed and another futon.The kitchen has oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker and other small kitchen appliances. Dishes and pots/ pans available for your use. Enjoy the view from the balcony with your morning cup of coffee or evening cup of tea. Entire unit is Air conditioned for those hot and humid days. Pls note that the oven/ stove are unplugged and the water heater in the bathroom is off when we don’t have guests. Kindly plug the oven/ stove if you need to use it during your stay. The washing machine is in the unit but is only available for use for guests staying 1 week or longer and with fee of $ 25 per week .Also turn the water heater on in the bathroom if you prefer warm showers. If you are not sure how to operate , pls contact my co-host Leeza . She lives next door and can assist you . Pls note , there will be toilet paper, trash bags , dishwashing soap when you arrive but we do not continuously provide it for you during your stay . Once said items are gone , you need to buy items yourselves . There are grocery stores within walking distance from the unit . The unit will have blankets and pillows and towels only for the number of people booked . No extra provided. Pls note the cleaning fee that you paid for cleaning the unit after your stay .We do not offer cleaning service during your stay . If you need cleaning service , change of sheets , and towels during your stay , there is a $25 fee for each service. Guest access You have access to the resort like amenities that includes pool, jacuzzi, basketball court and other building amenities. Wifi and cable also available. Other things to note Unit located at the Aspire Tower in Nuvocity. It has 24 hour security for your safety and comfort. Pls note that I do not live in the area so please respect my place and all belongings in it. We want our future guests to enjoy the place as much as you did. Washing machine is not for guests ‘ use. We do allow our long term ( 1 week or longer stay )guests to use it with prior approval from us and a fee to cover for the extra water and electricity. ($ 10 per week ) .Pls remember the mantra if you break it you pay for it... but hopefully you’ll not break anything during your stay . Also, this is not a hotel where everything is provided for you . When you arrive , there will be toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing soap and. Other daily items in the unit . However , we do not provide such items for your entire stay . You can avail of said items at any of the grocery stores nearby .Additionally , you need to provide a photocopy of your ID when checking in . This is a homeowners association requirement and is done for your and other residents safety . If you are using the parking space , pls provide your vehicle’s license plate number prior to check in so the guard will let you in .
