Cozy little cabin in the owner's yard. Shared bathroom/kitchen and private toilet/sink in the owner's house. The stuga is located along the forest side of the village and therefore fairly quiet. Parking is free next to the stuga. Family with 2 children (2 and 7) live in the main house, but are generally going to school and work all day long. Loftahammar is a very touristic place with various activities. Boat rental and bicycle rental is possible. The space The stuga has a size of 3 by 2 meters. It is small but completely renovated in 2021 and cosily furnished. In the stuga there is a good bed of 160 cm wide. Furthermore, the stuga has a TV with internet and the necessary apps, but also a radio/DVD player. There is a small storage and central heating. Guests may also use the entire garden, greenhouse and BBQ. The kitchen/fridge/stove and bathroom/toilet are shared in the main house. We know the area well because we have worked for the tourist information for 5 years and are happy to give you nice tips. Bicycle, canoe and boat rental is possible through us. Ask for the possibilities. Loftahammar has a small center where you will find a gas station, supermarket, pizzeria, gallery, church and a harbor restaurant which we can recommend! By car or bicycle there is a beautiful route between the farms, meadows and forests through further and further into the archipelago and over the bridges to the islands of Lilla and Stora Askö to the harbor of Flatvarp. Enjoy the peace and quiet, the panoramic view and the rich bird life. There are several ways to go into the archipelago by boat yourself. You can rent a boat (950 Sek per day) to go on the water yourself. Boat taxi transport is available on request, but to explore the islands of Rågö, Björkö and Hasselö for example, you can also use the ferry services in Loftahammar. The various restaurants on the islands serve delicious lokal fresh dishes. In Loftahammar and the surrounding area there are many hiking and cycling trails. For the adventurous mountain biker and walker there are unpaved paths through meadows, forests but also nature reserves. Loftahammar also has a beautiful golf course with an excellent restaurant.
