Apartment 1 is located on the first floor of the farmhouse. It has a large living room with dining table, fireplace and fully equipped kitchenette and air conditioning. There are three comfortable bedrooms, two with double bed and one with two single beds and two bathrooms. Outside, a pleasant furnished patio is available to our guests. The space Agriturismo La Fattoria is a beautifully restored farmhouse on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, ideally situated between Siena, Rome, and Perugia. The estate features nine separate apartments and guests can enjoy a swimming pool, a large garden, and an on-site restaurant, all while immersed in the charm of the countryside. The property is also child-friendly, offering a welcoming environment for all ages while serving as an excellent base to explore the region.
