Good, quiet location with free parking on the street from the apt - S-bahn (S3+S4) leaves every 15 min / 5 stops - 13 min Frankfurt Messe / 7 stops - 17 min -Hauptbahnhof / change in Hauptbahnhof (S-8 / S-9) -41 min airport. - Car: - approx. 17 min-fair / - 20 min-city center Comfort Apartment Groß is suitable for business travelers, couples or families up to 4 people. Living/eating/working/sleeping-all in one room The space - quiet neighborhood - no main street - The apartment is located with 2 other apartments in a family house with garden access and free parking on the street directly in front of our apartment - If needed, we are happy to lend you an iron, the ironing board is in the closet in the entrance hallway. The following items are available in the apartment: - - Kitchen utensils - pan, pots, plates, bowls, spoons, fork knives, etc. Washer dryer machine, oven and stove, kettle, rice cooker, toaster, refrigerator, coffee machine and filter, kitchen towels, kitchen rolls, dishwashing liquid and organic garbage can. Basic cooking stuff like pepper, salt, sugar, cooking oil . - Bathroom utensils - shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, hand wash soap, hair dryer, bath towels and hand towels. - Living room and bedroom - sheets, pillows and blankets, hangers, radio, table lamp, smart-TV, dining and working tables, double sofa bed and coffee tables. Guest access Access is shared with the other apartments. The terrace can be shared and a small garden is available. Access to the apartment entrance with 2 steps. Entrance light has a motion detector. Other things to note Dear guests, if you book for somebody else, make sure his or her name, intention and a Profile photo must be mentioned. II) It is best to take the AST taxi (free with a train ticket on hand or buy it in advance) to get to the Niederhochstadt train station and then take the S-Bahn (S-3 / S-4) to downtown Frankfurt. AST – how it works! 1. Min. Order the AST 30 minutes before the departure time. 2. State your name, station, number of passengers, destination and departure time. 3. Go to the bus stop. 4. Show the RMV ticket to the driver (group day ticket (costs €18.50) for up to 5 people or single journey costs €5.90, day ticket €9.95) or buy a ticket. 5. Ride along and have the journey acknowledged. 6. Get off at the desired stop on the line. II) There is the possibility to take bus line 252 and go from "Bushalterstelle" (5 minutes from the apartment) to "Steinbacher Str." to drive then to the traffic light right another 2 minutes walk to the train station. IV) Children's books, toys and high chair are available. Books on the shelf in the hallway and everyone can read. V) For long-term stays, I offer 14-day linen change and cleaning. VI) I also offer services for families with children, when the father is in the office all day. VII) Actually, my apartment can accommodate up to 5 people if there is a child under 5 years old who can sleep with the parents if the beds put together are 210 cm wide. The price for the additional child is €5,00 per night.
