The space Located on the 1st floor, 1 bedroom, 50 m2 + 5 m2 terrace. Exterior apartment, impeccably finished and with a small outdoor terrace. Everything in it is modern and functional and designed for your comfort. The living room is spacious, receives plenty of light and has a comfortable sofa bed, avant-garde lamps, TV and access to a small terrace just above the treetops of the street. The space is completed by a dining table with comfortable chairs and a very well-equipped French kitchen with appliances and utensils (Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer and Microwave) that can be incorporated or made to disappear at your convenience thanks to the doors that hide it. In the hallway to the bedroom is the sink next to an impeccable designer bathroom with a shower in which to relax, everything you need for your use as welcome amenities, where you can find at your disposal, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel, as well as hydroalcoholic gel wipes and hairdryer. Being on the first floor and being outside, it may have a little more noise (sensitivity to noise depends on each guest), but the truth is that the guests who have stayed so far have been very happy. Guest access The apartment is fully available for guests. The price of the accommodation includes: - WIFI internet connection - consumption of supplies (up to €200/month) - a complete weekly cleaning of the entire apartment with change of sheets and towels (for stays longer than 7 nights), - 24-hour telephone service. - Welcome amenities - Concierge. - Luggage storage. - Maintenance service. For families, we have a travel crib, bathtub, high chair and children's tableware set so that the little ones can enjoy their stay. (upon request and availability, at no additional cost). Other things to note The apartment will be available from 4:00 pm. If you arrive before this time, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you earlier if the apartment is available. To avoid unnecessary waiting, please provide us with all the information regarding your arrival (flight number, arrival time, contact phone number, etc.) Check-ins on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays or outside office hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM will incur an additional cost of €25 (€50 overnight). Check-out time will be before 11:00 AM on the day your contract ends. If you need to delay your departure, please let us know in advance, so that we can resolve it in the specific case if possible.
