Bright double living room and magnificent view opening onto a balcony terrace from where you can contemplate the mountain. Facing south it includes: a lounge area - TV - WIFI - HIFI stove and a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, with table, chairs for sharing convivial moments and also with a central island/bar with 4 high chairs. Design furniture with clean lines. Light oak parquet floor. The kitchen is ultramodern, perfectly equipped (induction hob 3 burners, electric oven, refrigerator and freezer 3 drawers, raclette set and 2 fondue sets, party crepes, etc.) On one level with the living room: a corridor leads to 2 spacious bedrooms with cupboard and wardrobe (Bedroom 1 with 1 bed 160X 200; bedroom 2: 1 bed 140 x 190) and a bathroom with sink (walk-in shower - hairdryer available). In the hallway you will find a storage cupboard "household" (vacuum cleaner, iron, etc.) A beautiful contemporary oak staircase leads you upstairs and distributes 2 bedrooms on both sides and others, under the roofs (wool carpet on the floor). Bedroom 3 to the north offers a 140x190 bed, a small desk and storage; Bedroom 4 to the south offers a 140x190 bed with storage as well. Very good bedding with mattress toppers, pillows 65x65, duvets 140x200 for single beds and duvets 220 x240 m for double beds; all rooms have a window. Finally also upstairs: a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The entrance is very functional, with large dressing room, washing machine, towel dryer. Ski locker reserved for you at the foot of the slopes (5 pairs of skis no shoes), offered. You can leave your skis and ski boots in the ski room in the basement, located at the same level as the 2 parking spaces.
