The space The landscape of the site has 74 species of greenery that bloom at different times of the year. There are 20-meter oaks and birches on the plot. The house has a terrace for summer tea, a table tennis or yoga area. The site is assembled from the exotic Bankirai tree. It is located in the backyard and is hidden from the eyes of the neighbors by a wall of wild grapes. In the far corner of the plot there is a hunting lodge with a barbecue and recreation area. The house is covered with decorative pistachio-colored plaster with white stone corner columns and window tops, the foundation and front porch are covered with marble. The courtyard around the house is paved with granite paving stones and surrounded by an openwork forged fence with a sliding gate. A worthy home deserves a worthy setting. The best craftsmen and design bureaus of Italy worked on it, offering their collections of furniture and accessories. On the floors of the first floor there is young Indian Bidasar marble, travertine, on the second and third floors there is a German oak board "Osmo" *. Payment to the staff is included in the rental price. The house is equipped with all the necessary utilities: ventilation and air conditioning system by Euroclimat, water purification system by Rusfilter. The heat and water supply of the house is made of copper pipes. It is operated by a Viessmann* gas boiler with manual and automatic control options. There are three underfloor heating circuits with manual zone control on the ground floor. The house has 5 bathrooms: two shower rooms, a shower cabin, a bathroom and a guest bathroom.
