The space 10 minutes from UCF (University of Central Florida), Research Park and the Oviedo mall 15 minutes from Winter Park-Park Ave, Downtown Orlando, many restaurants and supermarkets. 25 minutes from airports (Sanford, Orlando International) 30 minutes from International Drive, Universal Studios, Sea world, Orlando Eye. 35 minutes from Disney Parks (Walt Disney World, Epcot, Animal Kingdom), Lake Buena Vista 50 minutes NASA (Kennedy Space Center) Guest access Master has plenty of closet space with standup shower in the bath, love seat and Queen bed. 2nd Bath is full with tub. 2nd Bedroom has Queen bed. 3rd Bedroom can be a kids play room with a Futon couch. Living and Family both have a large couch for extra room, if needed. Other things to note No smoking, parties, or events. We travel quite a lot, so no Cable TV. TV has only local channels. There is a DVD Player and Western Digital TV media player, so bring your USB drive. We do have Internet WiFi available for no extra charge. To keep costs down, we ask that you put the garbage cans out Sunday night. If you stay for longer periods of time, we assume you want privacy, so there is no cleaning during your stay. Please do laundry including the bedding & towels as needed.
