Hi, we are Giulio and Donatella, we live in a village immersed in the silence of the Mantua countryside, 20 km from Mantua and near Sabbioneta. Within a radius of 50 km, less than an hour's drive, you will find the cities of Verona, Parma, Cremona and Lake Garda. We provide our guests with free Wi-Fi, parking, access to the swimming pool, use of the barbecue and 3000 sqm of garden. Small pets are welcome. Buffet breakfast, parking and Wi-Fi are included in the price. The space The 75 sqm apartment on the first floor offers an equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. Each room has a private bathroom, TV and minibar. Guests can enjoy free WiFi, parking and access to the swimming pool during the summer. The apartment is equipped with dishes, sheets, towels and toiletries. The decor is characterized by bright and constantly evolving colours, ensuring a welcoming and modern environment. Guest access Guests can enjoy unrestricted access to the property, with no set return times. The breakfast area is always available, as well as the barbecue and gazebo for relaxing moments. Parking and Wi-Fi are offered free of charge. Please note that smoking is prohibited inside the property. During your stay The apartment is at the complete disposal of guests, while Giulio and Donatella, the owners, stay on the lower floor. Other things to note The summer pool is 1.40 cm deep, 16 metres long and 7 metres wide. Diving is prohibited. Parking and wifi are free.
