Nicely decorated, great amenities, and very comfortable. You will have access to a private fully finished 2500 sq ft space with 4 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. The Kitchen includes full-size refrigerator with freezer and ice maker. Microwave, stove, and oven as well as a dishwasher and coffee maker and many small appliances. Free use of condiments, oils and spices. Coffee and Tea are available for you. Fantastic playroom with toys, games, and books. A couple of bikes and scooters are available, an enclosed children's trampoline, balls, bb hope, etc. available for PLAY. There are new LG washer and dryer and detergent for your use. As well as an ironing board and iron. Two HDTVs with cable as well as internet service Great Location! Very close to Downtown Denver and Mile High Stadium. Close to Red Rocks and several great neighborhoods. Large in home dining area as well as a great patio with gas grill, dining, and gas fire pit. We are also 2.5 blocks from the new light rail station with easy access to downtown, Union Station, and Golden. A bus stop is .5 block away. Uber and Lyft are readily available. There is plenty of off street parking also. We love living in Denver! We have a guidebook for your use and can answer any questions you have about your stay. Great Home! Great Location! One of the benefits of hosting is meeting wonderful people from around the United States and the World.
