Sunny Holidy House, Bee 2 - Twin room

Sunny Holiday House is located far from the madding crowd on the sunny side of the Alps, in the valley of the Dreta River, in the middle of northern Slovenia, 50km from Ljubljana. A base for exploring Slovenia and enjoying outdoor activities. A unique unspoiled alpine valley, excellent for bike trips and canoeing in summer and skiing in winter. Not far from cultural and community centers around Slovenia. We can host 11 adult guests in 5 rooms all together. The space There are 5 guest rooms in the house. This listing offers living space for two persons. However I can always offer you an additional bed for a small child in your room. R 1: twin bedroom with a balcony - first floor. The bathroom and toilet are next door. Common kitchen and dinning room are in the ground floor. Guest access You are invited to use the common kitchen and the sitting room (TV) inside and the babecue in the garden. There is also a large garden aroud the house with a large wooden table and benches. You are also invited to use our Finnish sauna and 3 bikes. There is enough space to park your car. We take it normal that you can use washing machine and many other every day appliances for free. During your stay I'm usually present at the premises, help with serving breakfast, and help with all other things that might be needed. I try to guess what guests wish to do. Other things to note The ordinary price per person includes breakfast. Tourist tax is not included in the price: 1,25 EUR/day per person (free for persons up to 7 years of age, 0.63 euro for persons from 8 to 15 years of age). The tax changes yearly. I always encourage you to ask about everything it may interest you, as I am aware that we all are different, have different views on the same thing, and finally, different needs.
