The patio is very airy if you prefer relaxing over there. Guest access Guest will have exclusive access to the entire first floor in the house . The parking space will be shared with the host. Other things to note There is a standby generating plant which might be regulated in its use in the unlikely events the power goes off. There is also a washing machine in the building and will be made available upon request by the guest for a fee of $6 per wash to settle part of utility bills. If we need to engage someone to do the washing, guest will pay additional $5 for the services of the person engaged.
