Our summer house is arranged on two floors. It has been thoughtfully decorated to be used by us. On the ground floor, there are two outdoor equipped areas, one with sofas and the other with a table where you can have lunch and a service area (dishwasher, microwave, shower), the living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom; on the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, another bathroom and two balconies. It has been furnished and equipped to be lived in by us, and we would like guests to feel comfortable. It is equipped with sheets, towels, dishwasher, dishes and pots, microwave, washing machine, an air conditioner on the first floor in the hallway from which you can access the two bedrooms. It is close to the center of the village (about 200 meters away), full of restaurants, bars and Italian cafes, the promenade and the "Li Marangi" beach, all within walking distance. To reach the sea, it is not necessary to use the car as the route is really short. Connected to Lecce by the provincial bus network (25 km away), San Foca is a convenient location for those who want to visit our beautiful Salento. Its small marina offers the possibility to rent daily boat trips, by motor or sail, to explore the south of the Adriatic coast. Guest access Our summer house has two floors.
