Located very close to Cha-am beach, Pudpichaya Pool Villa offers three self-contained mini-villas clustered around their own private pool together with a large poolside family room. Perfect for guests with children or a group of friends. Fully air-conditioned, each mini-villa features a bedroom (queen-sized bed), living room (inc. sofa-bed), bathroom and kitchenette - so even if you are part of a group you can still enjoy your own space. The space Our mini-villas are decorated and furnished to a high standard, mixing modernity with practicality for our guests. All rooms are fully air conditioned and equipped with smart TV and Fibre Broadband. For guest's convenience each mini-villa features a kitchenette complete with microwave oven and refrigerator. In addition, Pudpichaya also offers an out-door kitchen (Thai-style) for those who like to cook up a storm, dining area and a barbecue facility. Externally, Pudpichaya features a large rooftop Sala for guests to enjoy and relax as they watch the world go by from on high or simply read a book whilst getting a tan. Guest access Guests are welcome to access all the facilities that Pudpichaya Pool Villa provides. Other things to note Please Note: Listed booking charges are for a maximum of 6 adults. Additional adults and children over 2 years of age will incur extra charges as agreed with the owner prior to confirmation of your booking. A maximum number of 6 adults + 2 children. Children under 2 years of age are free. Additional Guests: Your booking is for the number of guests advised by you when making your reservation and confirmed as such by Pudpichaya. Additional guests who have not been notified to us prior to your arrival will be charged at THB1,000 per adult, per night, andTHB500 per child (under 5 years-old, children over that age will charged at the adult rate) per night for the period of time booked - this is to cover additional housekeeping, laundry, use of facilities, etc. On check-in, should the number of persons exceed the maximum occupancy of Pudpichaya (8 persons including children) we reserve the right to cancel the booking forthwith. In this event, any monies paid in advance will not be subject to a refund. A security deposit of 5,000THB will be required at check-in and refunded in cash on check out. Electricity is not included as part of your booking charges. An electricity meter reading for the property will be taken at the start and at the end of the guest's stay. A usage charge will be calculated via the property's own power meter for the amount of electricity used during the length of the stay and will be deducted from the security deposit at check-out. The calculation is based on a rate of THB5.5 per Kwh.
