The accommodation is very conveniently located to Munich, the train station is within walking distance in two minutes. In Olching there are some very good restaurants. The following cuisines are offered: German, Italian, Mexican, Indian, Vietnamese and much more. All the shops for your everyday needs are also within walking distance. Instant coffee and tea are provided. Every guest receives laundry detergent free of charge for one wash. The TVs have apps pre-installed in various languages as well as an internet browser. Guest access The room is located in the basement and is for your own use. In front of the room there is a kitchenette where you can prepare smaller meals. This area, as well as the toilet and shower, are located in front of the room and are available for shared use with another resident. Next to the room is another Airbnb room. The shared use of the kitchen and bathroom is only required if both rooms are rented at the same time. Otherwise, you use them alone. A valid photo ID is required for a copy at check-in. During your stay I am personally available at all times. Parties and visits from strangers are prohibited. Other things to note Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 pm. Parties and outside visitors are prohibited. If you want to party and receive visitors, this place is not suitable for you.
