The space This is a spacious, sunny private room with a semi-private entrance, with a queen-sized bed for singles or couples, with your own private bathroom and shower. There's a very comfortable living room that you will share only if we have another guest in the second Airbnb bedroom. Both your bedroom and the living area have views of the bay. This room has the entire lower floor to itself, and opens onto a sunny patio and (a bit overgrown) backyard. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom from the living room (easy to navigate for most, but not good for toddlers or folks that are frail). One block over will still have unlimited parking. If this is a problem for you, contact us and we may be able to arrange parking in our driveway. Guest access You'll have access to a semi-private living area, dining area, and kitchen. During your stay While we have guests staying in our home we mostly keep to the upstairs, so you probably won't see us downstairs much unless you need anything. We like our guests to have as much privacy as possible. However, we will pass through the common areas to tidy up and tend to the back yard from time to time.
